This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location on the hill provides a breathtaking view of the bay. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in South Africa, with a great variety of fresh fruits and European-style food. The staff was friendly and helpful with tips on transportation and parking.
Nothing.

The hotel was a luxurious and comfortable venue with exclusive amenities, such as a saltwater pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. the staff provided exceptional service and were attentive to my needs, including offering special diet menus upon request. the private facilities in my room were top-notch and exceeded my expectations.
this did not detract from my overall experience, as there were many other areas that provided shade and I was able to enjoy my time under the sun.

The views from the hotel were stunning, with a mountain on one side and the ocean on the other. The breakfast offered a great assortment of fresh foods and the staff was attentive. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the best restaurants nearby.
The swimming pool was a bit cold, which made it difficult to enjoy during our romantic escape. the hotel could benefit from some improvements to the heating system.

Best Stay of My Business Trip My stay was amazing. The room overlooking the mountains was divine, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff were exceptional in their service and gave great tips on nearby attractions. The location of the hotel was also perfect, being only a short drive from the city center. Best of all, the hotel was quiet, and I slept like a baby every night.
That the shower door was a bit challenging to open, but this was a minor inconvenience that didn't take away from the overall experience.
